Bookkeeping Services

  • Establishment of accounting systems in either MYOB or Xero including building of a business appropriate Chart of Accounts.
  • Conversion of accounting information to either MYOB or Xero.
  • Data entry into accounting system including – purchases, sales, receipts, payroll, inventory, client/supplier/staff card files, correct GST coding.
  • Full understanding of and ability to produce reports available in MYOB and Xero.
  • Bank reconciliations (including understanding of establishment and use of bank feeds).
  • Debtor and creditor management including – follow up with debtors and provision of statements of account, payment of suppliers as required via use of internet-banking.
  • Maintenance of superannuation obligations including required SGC, payment deadlines and lodgment requirements.
  • MYOB software upgrades and file maintenance (including year end rollover procedures).
  • Provision of year-end information to client’s accountants for finalising company tax returns.
  • Payroll processing services.
