  • Liaison with accountants and lawyers re necessary issues for the business client.
  • Liaison with telecommunications suppliers.
  • Preparation of Workers Compensation and other insurance claims as required.
  • Assistance with completion of insurance policy proposal documents and renewal documents – good understanding of insurance covers required and available to businesses.
  • Completion of business surveys as required (eg. ABS surveys required from business).
  • Review of business management systems including – accounting systems, filing systems, procedural documents, administrative systems.
  • Assistance with recruiting administrative/bookkeeping staff.
  • Research issues relating to the client’s business as required and provision of advice or redirection to appropriate alternate suppliers as required.
  • Liaison with HR advisors as required.
  • Cashflow planning and budgeting advice.
  • Goal planning – business and personal.
