- Liaison with accountants and lawyers re necessary issues for the business client.
- Liaison with telecommunications suppliers.
- Preparation of Workers Compensation and other insurance claims as required.
- Assistance with completion of insurance policy proposal documents and renewal documents – good understanding of insurance covers required and available to businesses.
- Completion of business surveys as required (eg. ABS surveys required from business).
- Review of business management systems including – accounting systems, filing systems, procedural documents, administrative systems.
- Assistance with recruiting administrative/bookkeeping staff.
- Research issues relating to the client’s business as required and provision of advice or redirection to appropriate alternate suppliers as required.
- Liaison with HR advisors as required.
- Cashflow planning and budgeting advice.
- Goal planning – business and personal.
